Belle Chevre- “I love the flavor of Belle Chevre’s goat cheese. It is a perfect balanced flavor, not too strong and perfectly creamy. My favorite is their honey goat cheese spread.”

Etta B Pottery- ” I love using natural pieces like pottery to showcase my dishes.”

California Olive Ranch- ” I love the fact that their olive oil is produced and bottled in the U.S. Their Arbosana Olive Oil has a nutty flavor that I love pairing with chocolate.”

Lodge- “My favorite skillet is a cast iron. My great grandmother used cast iron skillets and I grew up learning how to cook from her. It is a continual memory of her whenever I am cooking with one.”

Tervis- “How do I stay hydrated in the kitchen and on the road when I travel? My Tervis Tumblers!

Country Girl’s Creamery- “I use their milk and buttermilk to make my delicious creamy buttermilk ricotta cheese.”

MS Whitney, I love your cookbook and would love for you to be at our Library Eats October 3rd, 2014. I am the branch manager here at the little public Library in Mt. Olive. I am wanting doing a Library Eats Program at my Library. The slogan is meet me @ the Library and that inspired me with the idea to have MS authors of cookbooks come, bring one of the foods featured in their book, and have food from the books and a book signing. Your book is great and the foods sound delicious! I am so excited about this event and wanted to invite you to be here with us. We have set October 3, 2014, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. I hope this date will work for you. I have Mrs. Martha McIntosh, author of The Jan Karon’s Cookbook, coming and I hope to have two other authors, too. I will look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Martha
