Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped leek (green part)
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- fine sea salt
Method
- Combine all the herbs in an electric food chopper. Pulse the herbs about 6 times.
- Add the garlic, mayonnaise, and buttermilk. Pulse 10 times. Add the pepper and salt to taste. Pulse a few more times.
- Serve the dressing over salad greens.
