You’ve heard of over-the-top milkshakes, cakes, cookies and more but what about popsicles? I took my favorite popsicles, fudge pops and topped them with decadent toppings.
Try my toppings and then have fun creating your own combinations.

S’mores- toasted marshmallow creme, cookie butter drizzle & chocolate shell drizzle
Oreo- chopped Oreos with chocolate shell drizzle
Rocky Road- marshmallow creme, toasted walnuts pieces & chocolate shell drizzle

My fudge popsicles recipe is so easy to follow. My son Miller had a great time helping me make them. Of course, he had more fun eating one. He has a sweet tooth like his mom. 🙂

Chocolate Shell
Print RecipeIngredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
Combine the chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each time until chocolate has melted.
To drizzle, pour the chocolate shell mixture into a freezer zip top bag. Snip a small hole in the corner of the bag. Drizzle the chocolate shell over the popsicles. Allow to harden.
To dip, pour the chocolate shell in a tall glass or wide mouth mason jar. Dip the popsicle in the chocolate shell.
