Peach, Prosciutto & Basil Salad

Peach season is here and I couldn’t be any more excited. I love how you can easily incorporate them in both savory and sweet dishes. One savory dish I love is this Peach, Prosciutto and Basil Salad. It’s such a beautiful and tasty salad and so easy to assemble.

This is how a recipe site should be. Short and sweet story and then straight to the point. Bookmarked this site!

Just finished the first season of Masterchef. Simply amazing.

Hey! I just finished watching season 1 MC on Hulu, totally loved how you carried yourself with your authentic Christian walk, which was equally as impressive as your cooking skills! Ive ordered both your cookbooks and looking forward to really trying to cook on a better level! I’m gluten free and I’m wondering if you could provide input on best, if any, alternatives? I know it’ll be a challenge for me but we’ll see! Lol God Bless you & your family! 🙏🏻You’re a joy to watch cooking, and a great witness to “all that is right in this world” in spite of all the bad stuff that gets paraded in front of us way too much!

      Hey William!

The Lord carried me through MasterChef. It was an amazing experience walking that journey with the Lord.
I have some gluten free recipes in my second cookbook. I have discovered throughout the years of making some gluten free foods a really good gf flour. It is pricey so I would suggest it for special baking occasions. It is GF Jules all purpose gf flour.https://shop.gfjules.com/collections/flour/products/gfjules-all-purpose-gluten-free-flour-1-5-lbs-pack-of-1

For a cheaper version to substitute as a flour alternative for every day, I suggest Krusteaz gluten free flour. You can find it at Kroger and some times Walmart.

I have a gluten free chocolate chip cookie that I offer on my cookie company’s site. http://www.whitneyscookies.co It’s amazing! I also ship nationwide.
