Tim Tebow Foundation Dinner at Magnolia

For the past six years, I have worked with the Tim Tebow Foundation. It has been an amazing experience to give back through donating my cooking services with a dinner for the foundation’s live auction. The auction is held the night of the foundation’s gala. This year Chip and Joanna Gaines (Fixer Upper) partnered with me on the auction item by hosting the dinner in Waco at Magnolia. 

They were so gracious to offer to host the dinner for the winners. 

The meal began with appetizers of bacon-wrapped stuffed quail and sausage-pimento cheese biscuits.

The night ended with a ice cream sandwich bar featuring my Brownie Cookies, Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip/Chunk Cookies and Jeni’s Ice Cream.
