Duck Fat Sweet Potato Fries

Homemade sweet potato fries are so easy to make. My family loves them too! It is definitely a win when I can get my 3-year-old to eat a vegetable.

I was skeptical that the sweet potato sticks would crisp in the oven but to my delight they did. The duck fat aids in the crisping as well as adds amazing flavor. The smell of the duck fat coated sweet potato fries baking will keep you camped out by the oven waiting in anticipation for them to be done.
